Change of mind returns
Although we are confident you will love your new Atdec mount, we understand that you may receive your purchase and decide that it wasn’t exactly what you wanted. For whatever reason, you are welcome to return the product within 60 days for a full refund, no questions asked. Please see our easy-to-follow Returns Procedure for a full explanation of the steps you must take to return your product.
Please note that the returned products should satisfy the following conditions:
If any of these points are not satisfied, we reserve the right to deduct up to 50% of the original price.
- the invoice date is not over 60 days
- the original product contents are complete and contained in the original Atdec packaging
- the original packaging is not damaged and is in good order
- no shipping labels attached to the product box
- You must re-pack the Atdec product, including its original packaging, into a new outer package of heavy-duty plastic or cardboard.
- the Atdec product is not damaged or marked in any way and has not been used
- all packing materials, manuals, CDs (if any), fixing hardware, tools, parts, and other accessories and documentation that come with your Atdec product must be included
If the shipping carton of your Atdec product shows obvious and significant damage, then you must refuse the shipment and email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. In this case, we will process a refund for you as soon as we receive the return. You don’t have to organise a return for refused product.
Note: Please allow 1-5 business days to receive your refund payment.
