Atdec offers quick, easy and reliable shipping policies

Our shipping policies

Shipping and estimated delivery times from our warehouse facilities in Bromford, Birmingham. All orders ship with DPD Local.

We ship your chosen Atdec product to you for a minimal flat rate fee, and we ship quickly! If you place your order before 11am GMT we will ship that same day. Orders placed after 11am GMT will be shipped the following day.

Your product will typically take up to 2 business days within the contiguous U.K. to arrive. We only ship to a street address, we do not ship to:

  • countries outside of the UK
  • PO Boxes
  • APO, FPO, or DPO addresses
  • UK territories

Tracking your order

You will receive an email from our logistics partner Paul Ponsonby once your order has been shipped. You can track your order using the supplied DPD courier link.

Cancelling or changing your order

You can cancel your order in full only if the shipping process has not been completed. By “shipping” we mean us getting your order ready (picked, packaged up and all documentation completed) for collection by our carrier DPD. We make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible and we normally ship the same day if orders are received before 2pm GMT. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, we cannot stop the parcel from being sent out. Consequently, we ask you to reject delivery so that it can be returned to us. Once the parcel rejected by you has been received by us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and can thus request a refund. Your payment will be refunded but we will deduct the cost of the return shipment. To cancel your order, contact our Customer Service Team at sales@atdec.co.uk quoting your Order Number as soon as possible. If you are unsuccessful in rejecting delivery, please follow our Returns procedure.

Delivery policies

Your package may be delivered on any working day from Monday to Friday. Delivery is by the end of the business day. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

The courier service we use does not offer a restricted-delivery service and may deliver to someone other than the person or entity named as the recipient. The courier may release the package with no signature at a residential address. The courier will attempt to obtain a signature for shipments to non-residential addresses.

Rejected delivery

If the shipping box of your Atdec product shows obvious and significant damage then you must reject the shipment and email us immediately at sales@atdec.co.uk

Undeliverable packages

An "undeliverable" package is one that cannot be delivered to you for any of the following reasons:

  • The recipient's address cannot be located.
  • The package was destined for an out-of-delivery location and cannot be forwarded.
  • The recipient's place of business is closed.
  • The recipient is not at a delivery location on the initial delivery attempt or reattempts.

If a package is undeliverable for any reason, it will be returned to Atdec and your payment will be refunded but we will deduct the cost of the return shipment. We will notify you by email that the package is undeliverable. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.
