Warranty Policy

What’s Covered:

Under this Warranty Policy, Atdec warrants that its products, under normal use and in accordance with the relevant product’s Technical Specifications, Installation Instructions, and this Warranty Policy, will be free from defects in materials, assembly and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years from the original date of purchase.

Under this Warranty Policy, Atdec will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective product without charge to the owner within the warranty period. This is your sole remedy from Atdec under this Warranty Policy, although other remedies may be available at law, and no third party is authorised to assume liability or on Atdec’s behalf or impose any obligation on Atdec.

Limitations and Exclusions:

Atdec products are only intended for indoor use and for use under static loads. Failure to use Atdec products in this way will void this Warranty Policy.

Any service or repairs to Atdec products carried out by non-Atdec personnel will void this Warranty Policy.

This Warranty Policy does not apply to any defects to Atdec products as a result of customer abuse, misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, unauthorised service, modifications, improper installation or damage caused by accident.

To the extent permitted by law, Atdec’s aggregate liability to you in connection with any product is limited to an amount equal to the purchase price of the relevant Atdec product. Unless required by law, Atdec is not liable for any indirect, special reliance, incidental or consequential damages, or any loss of profit, savings, revenue, business, goodwill or data sustained or incurred in connection with the product.

To the extent permitted by law, Atdec does not accept any liability for any loss, cost, damage or expense arising from or in connection with the theft of any product secured by an Atdec product, by delay of installation, or interrupted operation.

To make a claim under this Warranty Policy:

You must have proof of purchase that shows the product name and the date of purchase, seller’s name and address.

Contact Atdec with information provided below, with details including the Atdec part number/product code, where and when you bought the product, details of the problem including the nature of the defect and how it happened, and if possible, digital photos of the problem.

We may ask that you return the defective product to Atdec for Atdec to investigate the defect. Atdec will reimburse your reasonable costs of returning the defective product where this Warranty Policy applies.
